"Hard Way To Fall" alt. studio performance?

"Answering Bell" refers to (and has lyrics to) an "early version [Love Is Hell] streaming on fan club page." Based on the lyrics, this is clearly not the 2002-12-01 Tilburg performance which is included with the "Black Cloud" demos -- it's also not the "Jacksonville City Nights" version (the lyrics for which are also supplied on Answering Bell).

So... my question is... what is this "fan club" all about? The only fan club I could find is here:

...and it's not even up and running! So where is this alternative studio performance of "Hard Way To Fall" available? Does anybody know? And -- if possible -- could someone torrent it???
