Still hoping for some kind of comment from Ryan about the the TBY situation during one these concerts.

If my employer was doing something I didn't approve of, my first step would not be to go public.

Maybe Ryan IS influencing things privately. It's pretty much a lose lose sitch for him.

I hope you're right about Ryan maybe saying something behind the scenes Rosebud. But to be honest, I can't imagine Ryan caring too much what his employer - or anybody else for that matter - thought about something he did or said. His past track record makes that pretty obvious.

Anyway, in an attempt to entice Ryan into reading this thread, I'll make it more attractive for him...

It's possible that RA may be contractually prohibited from commenting on pending litigation. I agree with Rosebud, it's a lose-lose situation.
