Ryan & the Cards' will have a nice live acoustic version of "Fix It" on KGSR Broadcasts Vol. 17, the latest in the fine series of stellar compilation CDs from KGSR-FM in Austin. These CDs, which benefit charity, feature exclusive live performances and come out right after Thanksgiving each year. The only place you can buy them if you don't live in Austin is online at the Waterloo Records website. They're always damn good and sell out quick. The CD is not on sale yet, but should be soon. In the meantime, you can go to the link below (at KGSR's site) and listen to a snippet of "Fix It" from the album (along with some other tracks, which they are revealing a few at a time).

Q*Bert always drove me kind of bonkers. Definitely had to have stemmed from someone who had an insane trip on acid and/or mushrooms. Because seriously...wha?>
Also, a song clip for "Made Out Of Balloons" from a little while ago.
