evening joke is cut from this recording. i would imagine this has been done to preserve this show fitting on two discs. i personally would rather this not have been done. i like recordings to capture the whole evening, and this night's joke was a really good one, actually, really, for real. yep.
well, just thought i'd throw my two cents out there.
thanks for the recording though, indeed! it's great to hear. saving the easy plateau> bartering lines for a time when i can really appreciate it.

Whoa, yeah. I would not have known, but being a completist, I would wish it hadn't been edited as well. Of course, if the joke was funny, it wouldn't really be the "evening joke", now would it.
Perhaps it was edited to keep alive the myth of Graboff being un-funny?
