The Following 6 Users Say Thank You to black_rebel For This Useful Post:
Black Rebel....nice, sweet, thank you....but could you please give us some idea how many shows like this you are going to put up, so we can go out and buy or steal some more disk space somewhere................

Thank you for this, and all the other shows you've put up in the last few days.
Just want to check something...
This show takes place in Louisville, KY, right, not Louisville, TN? I never heard of Louisville, TN. Not sure it exists. The setlist archive says Kentucky.
I am trying to re-seed this. Not sure if I am having any success. If my attempt fails and no one else is able to help, PM me and I will make a copy for you this weekend.

Thanks for trying to help but I need someone to put the torrent file up again.
It's not in the thread anymore.
Once I get that, your seeding will be greatly appreciated
If no one puts the file back up, then I'll PM you.
Thanks again!

Cool. I have the torrent file. If you (or anyone) can tell me what to do to make it useful, I'd be happy to. I've gotten pretty fluent in d'l but not so much in uploading.

HaHa! Me, too
Here's Joel's explanation from another thread: After you create the .torrent file, attach it to a new thread you created, then post the new thread, and finally click the .torrent file, point to where the files are on your computer to the program can recognize the files, it will then register you have the files on your computer and start uploading to anyone who attaches to the torrent.
But you have the .torrent file so you don't have to make one and the thread is already here so you'd post it here, I guess.
What do you think? Does that seem right to you?

I got the file but nothing is downloading.... like when no one is seeding.
I wonder why???
Did you also do the second part of Joel's instructions?
"point to where the files are on your computer to the program can recognize the files, it will then register you have the files on your computer and start uploading to anyone who attaches to the torrent."
Anyway, thanks again for your help. Maybe someone else might be able to explain why it's not working.
Enjoy watching Son Volt!

I'm stumped. Azureus shows "Connection Error(FileNotFound)" under Tracker Status. I'm not sure exactly what Joel's instructions are saying. Azureus apparently can see the files on my computer. I will check in the morning (US Pacific) to see if anybody has suggestions.
Always happy to help (or at least try). There's always the hidden threat that I might actually learn something!
If all else fails my offer to burn a copy still stands.
Hmm... don't think I have this one either...
seems strange by the way, as I do remember the thread...
(I need to check this)
anyway,
Have you generated the torrent from a complete folder?
If so
Have you directed Azureus to the folder the files are in or the directory above?
Have noticed a few times that it helps to have the name of the torrent and the name of the folder to be the same.
I thought this should'nt have any effect on this, but I have tried it, and it helped.
Just changed the folder name to be the same as the torrent name.
