Ryan's trainers

[Cannonball Days]

Hiya everyone,

While I was over in Australia at the Sydney and Melbourne shows, I noticed Ryan was wearing a cool pair of green Adidas trainers with illuminous red laces and red stripes (I think).

I always buy Adidas as their designs are generally pretty cool, and they also fit my feet the best. I know it's a long shot but does anybody know the exact type or name of trainer Ryan was wearing?

They look like Adidas Superstars of some description. Probably some Ltd Ed ones

They look like the adidas Gazelles.

Hard to tell just what they are from that little photo. Could they be these with some different colored laces to replace the white ones?

superstars have the shell-toe cap. I bet they're either campuses or gazelles with fat red laces put in. Check ebay or something, sure there are pairs on there that look like them.

I thought you meant his trainers as in weightor fitness trainers...when I first read the thread title. cuz it's obvious he's prob been working out and doing weight training lately. or so it seems. (or maybe not?)

(today I called a place with a sublet for rent. 7 hippie chics with a bong on their dining room table. I wasn't interested but then thought maybe go for it for a month. "Sorry!" was the answer "We're young!" I thought that was so funny! "Ya, me too. I thought that too. The age gap thing.")

I'm gonna guess Cannonball Days is a Brit-they tend to say 'trainers' over there, rather than sneakers.

i agree with Deano... def campus's with the red laces inserted (wider than gazelles with no shell toe)

true what MiaHart said. I can't remember exact word...but something like that. was in my interview once with Nathan of Snow Patrol years ago. maybe he said tennies or something like that. gotta look it up.
