So, this is the version from the solo/acoustic Morning Becomes Eclectic show. I've played your version since I saw it, and really like it too by the way, but I wonder if this is how he's always played it? I think he's been changing keys and arrangements around in these solo shows. Anyway, use these chords and tune a half a step down and you're in the same key.

Thanks for this -- this is definitely his live solo version. I believe the Am G F progression is used for the first choruses. He reverses it to G Am F for more power when he sings "I ended up a soldier..."
