Rough Trade have 2012 listings up with prices. RT are always on the toppy side but some of the prices are eye watering high. Think I'll have to scale down my wants lists.
9 quid for Ryan btw.

it seems these stores know that Ryan fans will spend silly money on two live tracks , i cannot figure out why this 7" is more expensive than other releases ( yes i know its Ryan

) but Chuck Prophet has a hand numbered 500 run single which is cheaper and even Colplay has a limited to 500 release which is cheaper than Ryan

Really hoping to get the Ryan Adams 7", The Justin Townes Earles 7", the Katy Perry 12", and the Laura Marling 7". My hopes are high, Good Luck Everyone. I hope you all get what you are looking for.

don't forget those are London prices and Rough Trade is never the cheapest

I think it'll be £2, £3 cheaper outside London. I bought 2 copies of CM last year in London for 20 each and another outside for £16.
I had Byrds / Gene Clark / Dillard & Clark 45's on my list but i'm not dropping £11 a pop on singles.

i will still buy it if theres any copies available , it just seems certain record stores exploit a Ryan fans love of vinyl , i wonder if there will be any exclusive vinyl for sale on the UK tour starting very soon

Yeah, I just found out my local record store didn't get *any* this time.

So....if any of you kind souls remember me paying it forward and hooking a number of people up with the pink 7" by negotiating with the gallery folks, I sure could use a karmic reward in the form of somebody scoring this RSD single for me. Pretty please!

Got our orders in yesterday. Quantities were down from last year all around. A lot of releases I ordered 4-5 of and got 1-2. Kinda sucks. More stores must be jumpin on the bandwagon or certain ones are somehow getting more of the units

well, strictly records wasn't able to get me a Ryan Adams 7"....I was planning on going to my local store tomorrow morning but my grandpa passed away on Wednesday, and the funeral is tomorrow morning =(

if anyone could happen to get me one, i'd greatly appreciate it!

I can pay right away, or I have an extra Class Mythology and Come Home/Starsign 7"s for trade....

Strictly Discs actually called me about it...i was busy with other things, so it went to voicemail, but they basically said that i received all the items i requested except for the ryan adams 7" and the arcade fire 12"....really bummed, since the ryan adams 7" was the main thing i was wanting...didn't think it'd be that hard to come by since the do i wait/darkness 7" seemed pretty plentiful...

I think I might sit this RSD out as much as I hate to say it and have to get it all on eBay. Just opened up a new store and have been puller 12 to 16 shifts everyday for the past month and a half and this weekend is the first time I have both Saturday and Sunday off and I need to catch up on some sleep!! Paying a few extra bucks for the things I want is worth it to me
