Yeah that part about it being "here" I think means that it's going to be on the blog/website and not necessarily NYC. I think they will be performing a few songs somewhere in NYC for the release of the album, and maybe they'll film/tape the performances and throw them up on the website (just my guess, I have absolutely nothing factual to be base this on). Doubt there will be a public show like Hiro of last year, especially since they are performing at the Apollo on Friday.

It'd be cool if there was a public show, but I can definitely hold out until Friday, and have my own private listening party tomorrow, ha ha.

I hope they do some warm-up/secret shows before start of UK tour....hmmm. Dunno if they will though.

Well, Ilike is giving away a few passes to a "surprise event in New York City on October 28."

And the posting was under a pic of NYC, so I'm thinking what he wrote was a caption for the pic, not a stand alone statement for the blog...

guess we'll see...
