First, Thank for the upload! I downloaded this when it was the "half size" and it was some major digi/static noise on track 13 and 14 disc 2. Is there anyone else who has that problem?

...And my ratio should be higher!...

Those tracks have static on my copy as well. It's probably on the original recording, I assume.

Hmmm... Yes. It seems the version of this torrent that got re-upped has 2 copies of every track. I have taken that down and re-upped with the fixed torrent (should only have one copy of each file). Please get on this new one if you haven't finished. Just delete the file "Bedhead 1" that is inside the "Bedhead" folder beforehand, and you should be good to go.

As far as the static/distortion issue. It must be from the original torrent of this comp, which I grabbed off the old site. As noted in the text file, some of these are audience recordings, so they can sometimes not be as static-free as sdb recordings.

Is this the same torrent as was on the old tracker ? I got up to 83% and then got a "file not found". So I've redownloaded the torrent from the new site - now just Bedhead, not Bedhead1, and it's starting from scratch again ! (I've copied the old files over etc. which worked for Suicide Handbook). Is it possible to carry on where I left off ?

You should be able to. Just re-name your file you have everything in "Bedhead" instead of "Bedhead 1" (sorry I had to re-name the torrent because the tracker doesn't let you upload the same torrent name 2x). I have sometimes found that when redoing a torrent, if you get up to maybe 90% complete on the check and then there's an error, if you delete, say, the text file and try again, it all goes great. This seems to work when you opened the text file and therefore inadvertently changed how it coded the carrage returns, or some other tiny detail.

Hey chutzilla,

I got mine working - all I did was rename the bedhead1.txt to bedhead.txt - that's all. It recovered 79% not 83%, but I can live with that ! Give it a go !

is it me or is the sound quality of the last disc pretty damn awful? not complaining as such just wanna check I’m not being a dufus. I had this set on mp3 and decided to 'upgrade' but it can make for pretty harrowing listening.
have got the 2nd bedhead on its way now - hoping its a bit sharper -character is all well and good but the sound of someone who appears to be knocking one out in the background is a bit off putting for me (flap flap flap etc). Is it olden days technology, my copy or my overused and underloved speakers? I’m playing straight through winamp in the original format - is this as good as it gets?
